The Starlight Tower River Manor & Events / Weddings is a 9 bedroom 4 bath, 2 Kitchens or (12 bedrooms with use of Futon beds in various rooms, like the exercise, space, or Music rooms, or 13 bedrooms, 5 baths 3 kitchens with rental of Love suite, with Round Hot Tub and 8-Jet blasting massage shower) the manor also includes Vintage Arcade gallery, Space room with Telescopes Observatory, 35 - 50+ person Theater, and Huge Game room, and Bar! The Manor is perrfect for large family gatherings, Weddings up to 150 max, group getaways, and special events, Our riverfront Manor, offers a blend of vintage and modern decor. The Love wedding suite with King bed and Awesome Round Hot tub with lights and many features,plus an incredible 8-Jet blasting Massage Shower can be rented for your special event or as part of the manor with connector door, or seperate entrance. 

                  We also include another personal hot tub in the Ocean Suite included with manor rental.

                  You will love the extra spacious layout, with a huge Foyer and a Magnificent curved Round custom built white Maple Staircase with flying 2nd floor to 3rd floor Staircase crossing over a curved bridge going through a round circle entrance to the 3 story Vintage Game room / Bar and Telescope Observatory Space Room and Rock Star musical instrument room.

                  There is also an awesome dolphins, and mermaid beach themed hot tub suite for you to relax and reconnect. the 72 foot Tower is high up on the Hill, and you can enjoy the Outer Space room with telescopes while enjoying the incredible views with over 5+Acres on the Bark/Rock River.

Our home boasts over 8,350 sqft (8,750 with rental of King bed /Round Hot Tub Suite) of living space, ensuring everyone can gather together or find a quiet nook for themselves. The Manor also offers various amenities and features, Acres of area very suitable for extra outdoor fun/ activities/ yard games and Huge Tent set ups with plenty of parking for dozens and dozens of vehicles of all sizes perfect for weddings and special events!

• Private Riverfront (with acres of hiking trail through the woods and hills from manor to private Riverfront park/ event area, Leading To Lake Koshkonong. (a liability Waiver will need to be signed or use will not be permitted, events are possible with an an extra fee. Tell us what your dreams and ideas are.)
• A 35-seat movie theater with movie Decor and many Movies, can bring in chairs from dining area for more people to enjoy (50+).
• A chef's kitchen with a 26-seat dining area.
• Up to 18 people allowed, at normal Calander pricing, Sleeping capacity of up to 35 offered with the use of futon couch beds or 40+ with rental of Love Hot tub suite. (extra fee depending on amount of people and event requirements) pricing guide below for estimating approximate only (not set pricing.)
• Wheel chair accessible entire 1st floor once inside. there is a sit-down shower and bedroom, with grab bars and safety rail for bed. all doors are 3 foot wide.
• Vintage Arcade gallery and game room with a pool table, ping pong, foosball, electronic darts, video games ,cool Decor, vintage pinball machines, and vintage arcade games from the 50's 60"s and 70's. including race, basketball, bowling, hockey, soccer, baseball, ect. ( most games .25 cents, so don't forget to bring your Quarters, but if you do, no worries the host says that he can exchange $10 rolls of Quarters for cash or Venmo).
• A 72-foot tall tower observatory Lounge Outer Space room, with telescopes and space decor! (Could be used as 12th bedroom with the use of futon couchbed).
• The Sky high Bar offers great views, 8 stools, and a mini fridge, a wet sink, and plenty of glasses/ shot glasses for your drinks, a big TV for sports viewing ect and retro decor!
• A workout/exercise equipment room/complete body weight workout machine, bike riding machine, ect. ( coud be used as 10th bedroom with the use of the futon couchbed.)
• The Rock Star Lounge room with electric and acoustic guitars, bass, microphones, and amplifiers, and Rock star decor! (could be used as 11th bedroom with use of futon couchbed).
• Multiple large outdoor decks, gas grill, outdoor 24 patio chairs 4 benches, and many tables, Fire pit, and wood, outdoor games, and Huge outdoor areas, room for events and large Tents set up ect.plus a huge parking area for Dozens of vehicles of all sizes, ect. there is too much to list. The Starlight Tower Riverfront Manor Estate is perfect for hosting special events like Weddings, rehearsals, meetings, wedding Parties, Anniversaries, Birthdays, Family get togethers, reunions, approved parties, and retreats, Business Meetings, Movie, and tv show shoots, (The Duelist Mansinon) just about anything you can imagine including Movie filming, or other ventures with approval and permission before booking.

It provides a unique experience with its 72 ft high telescopes observatory,( The Outer Space Room) Incredible views with or without our telescopes, The Gameroom with cool decor, vintage arcades/pinball machines gallery/gameroom,( most take .25 cents, bring your Quarters) pool table, foosball table, ping pong, Darts, boardgames, toys, and extensive entertainment options, making it an ideal getaway for family, kids, and friends. Nearby attractions include the Fireside Inn Dinner Theater, The Dells, Devils Lake for hiking , snowmobiling and ice fishing spots, skiing destinations in winter, Cascade Mountain, Lake koshkonong/ Rock River and Boating, kayaking, fishing, water skiing, swimming, Hiking, ect in summer, and easy access to cities like Madison, Milwaukee, and Chicago.

Estimation Guide for Events:

All events or people over the allowed 18 total will need approval by host before booking will be honored. these prices will need to be added to your normal booking fee, (not including taxes, platform fees, or any extra people sleep overs, (minimum $50/person/night) or other factors that may effect event pricing, this is just a quick guide for estimating purposes only. All events or larger gatherings past 18 people will need a signed Liability waiver covering you and all your group or permission will not be given for event, and any extra people.

      Rental of hot tub Love/ honeymoon suite allows you up to 21 people at the Manor, or up to 18 people without renting it.

                                             Event fees are as follows

Event is any gathering of people on or in the property for a short time during the day or night on 1 date/ 1 day event (1- 8 hours normal) such as a Wedding,  birthday celebration, Anniversary, Fundraiser or a corporate Holiday or Retreat or meeting, fundraiser, Etc. all event pricing is an estimate and not guaranteed pricing. depending on what you want to do dates, and permission for your ideas,and other factors, please use as an estimating guide only for your event, We will work with you on any needs you have, we want to make your event a wonderful Expierience and lifelong Great Memory you can come to do planning and check out the Manor before you book 

25 - 30 people event add on $700 - $1200 to booking fee for 1 day event

30 - 35 people event add on $1700- $2200 to booking fee for 1 day event

40 - 45 people event add on  $2700- $3200 to booking fee for a 1 day event

50 - 60 people event add on  $3700 -$4200 to booking fee for a 1 day event

65 - 75 people event add on  $4450 - $4950 to booking fee for a 1 day event
