Welcome to The Starlight, an 8800 sq ft Luxury 9 bedroom- 4 bath, 2 Kitchen, 5 Acre /Villa/Mansion.
( if you booked after Nov 3, 2025) you get the Ocean suite, if not, it is still available to rent with 1 week notice.) or use as (12 bedrooms with use of Futon beds in various rooms, like the Gym room, Outer space room, or Music room) or 13 bedrooms, 5 baths 3 kitchen mansion with rental of Love/ Honeymoon Round waterfall, multi colored lighted Hot Tub Suite, with 8-Jet blasting massage shower.Our other Add on to rent is the Starlight tower River boathouse, it is $149/ day 2day min. and the boathouse comes with 8 kayaks, 1 large Canoe, 1 rowboat, and an assortment of life vests for kids and adults, also the boathouse opens up on both sides with garage type doors, to turn into a cabana looking over the river and the park with a boat ramp, and a Porta potty style private bathroom with sanitizer and hand soap, etc. Outdoor games such as bags, and frisbee, golf putting green, other games and toys with a beach shack décor inside and, chairs, radio, fishing poles, some tackle, etc. for your enjoyment
The manor sits high up on top of one of the highest hills looking over the green countryside with a private riverfront park with 5 acres and the hiking trail through the woods down to the Boat House on the riverfront. Ready for your Special stay at the manor.
If you don't rent the boathouse you are still welcome to use the riverfront park and hiking Trail with a signed liability waiver by you for you and everyone in your group. The river front an boathouse closes at dusk no exceptions and is only available seasonally to add on this rental boathouse with kayaks, rowboat, canoe, etc.
The Starlight Tower River Manor also includes an Awesome Vintage Arcade gallery,/ large room featuring many vintage, pinball, racing, basketball, soccer and other very cool Vintage arcade machines that use .25 cents, so bring some change, there is also, a vintage, 50's pool table, a ping pong table, foosball table, electronic darts, tons of cool board games, and toys! The Space room with Telescopes Observatory in top of Tower, 35 - 50+ person Theater ( just bring in more chairs to accommodate # of people from room next door) with huge screen and karaoke, and HDMI cord for computer hookup, Bluetooth, etc. A Huge Game room, and Bar plus a Rock star room with electric and acoustic guitars, electric bass, and amplifiers, microphone to play and sing and have fun! There is plenty of entertainment at The Starlight Tower River Manor!
The Manor is perfect for family gatherings and all your special moments together with family and friends. Our riverfront Manor, offers a blend of vintage and modern décor. The Love suite with King bed and Awesome Round Hot tub with lights and many wave/ waterfall features, plus an incredible 8-Jet blasting Massage Shower in black with white accents marble, can be rented for your special stay or as part of the manor with connector door, or separate entrance.
We also include another personal hot tub in the Ocean themed Suite included with the manor rental, which has another kitchen, plus full size Laundry, and a beautiful marble bathroom with double sinks, and plenty of space for getting ready for special times together. if you booked after Nov. 3 2025 or it will be available to rent if desired.
You will love the extra spacious huge 8,800+ Square foot of Luxury layout, with tall ceilings, and Marble flooring and counters and white maple flooring throughout the Manor, (except the game room floor and tower), with a huge soaring Foyer and a Magnificent curved Round custom built white Maple flying Staircase from 2nd floor to 3rd floor with a beautiful Staircase crossing over a curved bridge going through a round lighted circle entrance to the 3rd story,

Our home boasts over 8,500 sqft (8850 with rental of King bed /Round Hot Tub Suite) of living space, ensuring everyone can gather together or find a quiet nook for themselves. The Manor also offers various amenities and features, Acres of area very suitable for extra outdoor fun/ activities/ yard games and plenty of parking for you and your family and friends.

The Starlight Tower Manor has:
- Private Riverfront (with acres of hiking trail through the woods and hills from manor to private Riverfront park/area,) Leading To Lake Koshkonong. (a liability Waiver will need to be signed or use will not be permitted to use.
- First floor is ADA and Wheel chair friendly with sit down shower, and adjustable sliding, and hand held shower head for adjustable height, with assist grab bars, and toilet assist grab bars , bedroom with bed safety rail and Assist grab bars with second bed for 2 people with mobility issues, or care taker bed. and wheel chair accessible entire 1st floor once inside the Manor, all doors and archways are at least 3 foot wide! and 3 decks off 1st floor with barbecue grill, and many chairs and tables.
- A 35-seat movie theater with movie Décor, and many Movies, can bring in chairs from dining area for more people to enjoy.
- All bed doors are 36 inch wide for easy wheel chair access! A Karaoke Machine and with HDMI hook up to a huge 10 ft projector screen
- A Chefs Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need for a delicious meals, and seating areas for 26. plus another kitchen upstairs and a 3rd kitchen and 3 sets of Laundry with rental of The Love /Honeymoon Suite.

***Long term stays available at 28 nights minimum from Oct-April. if no bookings during that moth that you want to book. pricing varies on length of stay and amount of people. Additional house rules to be sent directly be the host.*** or available in the manor and boat house on the river. A liability waiver will need to be signed by the person booking the manor for them and their whole group visiting while at the manor in order to use the hiking Trail, the riverfront park area and the boathouse with kayaks, canoe, rowboat etc. Or Permission will not be granted for use.
The maximum occupancy for people on the property (inside and outside the home) and/or staying overnight for is strictly set at 18 people unless otherwise approved with extra fee by the host in advance of booking. Additional guests can be accommodated at $50 per person per night (plus taxes and fees) with use of Futon couch beds or 21 people allowed with rental of Love / Honeymoon Round Hot tub suite with 8-Jet Massage Shower.

All extra people must be approved prior to booking, no exceptions. Additional person/ per night fees must be paid in full within 7 days of booking (48 hours before arrival if booked within 7 days). Any violation of these house rules can result in immediate eviction and/or cancellation without refund. A liability waiver will need to be signed by the person who booked the manor covering hiking trail and Riverfront /land usage for all guests before check in, or at check in, no exceptions. House rules include no firearms, bow and arrows or any type of projectile or shooting gadget of any kind allowed on property or in manor. no hunting, no fireworks, unless authorized always for 4th of July celebrations (we have a great area for fire works display) no trespassing on neighbors property, etc.. a full list of house and land/ Riverfront rules and requirements are available.
