(4) Bedroom 4 has one XL Twin size bed, closet, and a nearby bathroom. Downstairs: (5) This large room has 5 XL Twin size beds! Full bathroom located right up the stairs. Known for the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville offers a delightful mix of excellent local dining, shopping, and scenic bike trails. Whether you're here for university business or exploring local cuisine, there's something for everyone. Our location is conveniently close to downtown Fayetteville. For transportation, ridesharing services are recommended. House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. - This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. - Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies. - There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator.
