When it's time to settle in for the night, choose from one of our two private bedrooms upstairs: (1) King suite with King-size bed, closet, dresser, and full attached bathroom. (2) Our second bedroom features a Queen size bed, closet, and nearby bathroom. Public transit, bike trail access, and ride-sharing services are available. House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. - This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
