We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our three private bedrooms: (1) The primary bedroom features a King-size bed, closet, dresser, and en suite bathroom. (2) The second bedroom features a Queen-size bed, closet, and nearby bathroom. (3) The third bedroom features a Queen-size bed, closet, and nearby bathroom. Home to the University of Arkansas, amazing local restaurants and shops, and popular bike trails, Fayetteville does not disappoint. Whether you’re coming up here to visit the University or get a taste of our favorite local eats, there’s something for everyone in your crew. Located right by the college campus! Public transit, bike trail access, and ride-sharing services are available. House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. - This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
