Directly at the top of the stairs, you'll see our fully stocked kitchen. Here, you'll find plenty of built-in storage as well as everything you need to whip up your favorite meal or baked goods. Our ultra-cozy living space has a couch and a Smart TV with cable! In this space, you'll find our six-top dining table and have access to our porch area. When it's time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our three beds: (1) Our first bedroom is on the ground floor and has a King-size bed, closet, Smart TV with cable and nearby bathroom. (2) Our second bedroom is on the third floor and has a King-size bed, a closet, Smart TV with cable, and a nearby bathroom. (3) There is also a Twin size air mattress to sleep an additional guest. Home to the University of Arkansas, amazing local restaurants and shops, and popular bike trails, Fayetteville does not disappoint. Whether you're coming up here to visit the University or get a taste of our favorite local eats, there's something for everyone in your crew.
