Inside, there is fully stocked kitchen with bar seating and a little table for two. The living space features 2 couches, a large Smart TV, a desk space, and board games. When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from our three beds: (1) The primary bedroom features a King size bed, Smart TV, closet, and en suite bathroom. (2) The second bedroom features a King size bed, Smart TV, closet, and a nearby bathroom. (3) The living room has a Full size pull out couch. Known for the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville offers a delightful mix of excellent local dining, shopping, and scenic bike trails. Whether you're here for university business or exploring local cuisine, there's something for everyone. Our location is conveniently close to downtown Fayetteville. For transportation, ridesharing services are recommended. Public transport options are also available. House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. - This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. -There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator.
