We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our three private bedrooms: (1) The primary bedroom is upstairs and features a King size bed, closet, and a large en suite bathroom. (2) The second bedroom is downstairs and features a King size bed, closet, and a nearby bathroom. (3) The third bedroom is downstairs and features 2 Queen size beds, closet, and a nearby bathroom. * The living room couch also pulls into a Queen-sized bed. Home to the University of Arkansas, amazing local restaurants and shops, and popular bike trails, Fayetteville does not disappoint. Whether you’re coming up here to visit the University or get a taste of our favorite local eats, there’s something for everyone in your crew. Located right by the college campus!
