With quick highway access, Downtown Fayetteville and the University of Arkansas is just a 10-minute drive.Guest Access & Amenities: Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. At the end of the day, settle into one of our three bedrooms: (1) Our Primary bedroom is complete with a Queen-size bed, closet, Smart TV and en suite bath. (2) Our second bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet, dresser and nearby bath. (3) Our third bedroom has a Twin bed with a Twin trundle, closet and nearby bath. Out back, the yard is fully fenced and features a fire pit and chairs - the perfect way to end the night! Home to the University of Arkansas, amazing local restaurants and shops, and popular bike trails, Fayetteville does not disappoint.
