We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Located at the bar, you'll find four high-top chairs perfect for enjoying your meals. Off the living room and kitchen area, you'll find two sets of double doors which lead to our outdoor living area with patio seating and a BBQ grill. Back inside, our home has 4 beds - two beds downstairs and two beds upstairs: (1) Our King bedroom is complete with a closet, dresser and en suite bath. (2) Our second bedroom is complete with a Queen-size bed, clothing rack and nearby bathroom. (3-4) Upstairs, you'll find a shared bedroom with two Queen beds and a walk-in closet. House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. - This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
