If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. - Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. - This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. - Strict 2-person maximum, there's no space to accommodate a third guest. - The apartment is in a complex with other people as well, so try to be courteous of the other guests with noise late at night.
