The main house, attached ADU and separate casita offer a flexible layout for families, friends and guests planning a longer stay. LIVING & DINING Gather in the bright, open living and dining areas, cook in the fully equipped main kitchen, or spend a quiet morning in the screened sunroom overlooking the grounds. Comfortable seating, a TV and Wi-Fi make it easy to enjoy time at home. BEDROOMS & SEPARATE SPACES The main house has four bedrooms: a primary king suite, two additional king bedrooms, and a bunk room with a trundle. The primary suite includes a soaking tub and wood-burning fireplace. The attached ADU has a king bedroom, bathroom, mini-fridge and kitchenette. It has its own entrance and an interior connection through the laundry room. The separate casita provides a private space with a twin bed, bathroom, mini-fridge and its own entrance. OUTDOOR LIVING Spend your days by the private pool, relax in the hot tub, prepare a meal on the BBQ, or settle into the outdoor seating areas. Garden paths, landscaped grounds and hillside surroundings create plenty of places to enjoy Fallbrook's outdoor setting. PRACTICAL COMFORTS The home includes air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer access, and on-site parking. A highchair and Pack 'n Play are available on request at no extra charge. Pets are welcome subject to the existing pet policy and fee. If a mid-term reservation is extended and becomes subject to this requirement, the applicable cleaning fee(s) will be added accordingly and reflected on the guest's final post-checkout invoice. *** OUR COMMITMENT TO CLEANLINESS: *** Your health, safety, and comfort are our highest priorities. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and quality so you can arrive with confidence and enjoy a pristine, welcoming home from the moment you arrive. *** PET FEE: *** A non-refundable pet fee of $75 per pet is required for all stays with pets to cover additional deep cleaning. *** OPTIONAL POOL / SPA HEATING: *** Optional pool heating is available for a fee of $200 per night and spa heating is available for a fee of 150.00 per night. This request must be reserved for a minimum of 2 consecutive nights. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice before your arrival to ensure the pool is heated for your stay. *** OUTDOOR MUSIC IS PROHIBITED PER CITY ORDINANCE. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People's noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. ANY FINES RELATED TO CITY ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS WILL BE PAID BY THE GUEST. **MAIL & PACKAGE DELIVERIES *** Guests are welcome to have mail or packages delivered to the property during their stay; however, deliveries are made at the guest’s own risk. The host/owner is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or undelivered mail or packages. Please note that the property’s mailing address is typically forwarded to an offsite location, which may cause delays or affect deliveries. Because of this, we highly recommend guests either hold their mail at the nearest post office or rent an Amazon Locker for a more secure and reliable option.
