Modern, new construction in a private wooded community. Away from it all but very close to parks, and 15 minutes from great restaurants and shopping. The unit is private and quiet with its own entrance, and a private balcony overlooking our driveway and the woods. Carefully furnished with starter coffees, teas and wine, beautiful wooden floors and thoughtful extras abound. No washer / dryer at this time, but you can borrow on one day a week that is negotiable to suit your needs. New 55" smart tv with remote control and strong, steady Gigabit Ethernet by Verizon Fios. This is a beautifully furnished private suite with a clean and spacious feel in a private wooded neighborhood. You'll have your own balcony, a private garaged entrance, black out curtains, a view of the woods and great Wi-Fi.
