The unit is private and quiet with its own entrance, and a private balcony overlooking our driveway and the woods. Carefully furnished with starter coffees, teas and wine, beautiful wooden floors and thoughtful extras abound. No washer / dryer at this time, but you can borrow on one day a week that is negotiable to suit your needs. New 55" smart tv with remote control and strong, steady Gigabit Ethernet by Verizon Fios. This is a beautifully furnished private suite with a clean and spacious feel in a private wooded neighborhood. You'll have your own balcony, a private garaged entrance, black out curtains, a view of the woods and great Wi-Fi.
