The primary suite includes two walk-in closets, a cozy sitting area, a desk, and a beautiful en suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a tri-level bunk bed with a single bed on each level, while the third bedroom features a double bed on the bottom bunk and a single bed on the top. Downstairs, there is an additional living area, complete with a large library and games for entertainment. This level also includes two more bedrooms, the laundry room, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a desk, while the fifth bedroom offers a double bed and a cozy sitting area. While the home is equipped with fireplaces, please note that they are for emergency use only. Located in the desirable Birch Hill neighborhood, this home is just 5 minutes from major shopping in Fairbanks, 5 minutes to Birch Hill Ski Lodge, 15 minutes to downtown Fairbanks, and 10 minutes to Ft. Wainwright. The whole home is yours to enjoy. We love interacting with our guests, making sure you are comfortable, and have everything you need, but we also respect your privacy. Please use the AirBNB platform for all non emergency communications. For any emergencies that may occur during your stay, please contact the emergency contact number that is provided in your messages prior to your arrival. There are 2 wood burning stoves located in the home. Since these are high-efficiency stoves, they are not like a standard fireplace, and can easily be damaged or cause damage to the home. Due to this reason, we ask you to please not use these stoves. They are for emergency use only. Thank you. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee $50, or a refundable Safety Deposit hold on your card of $1000, which covers potential damages during your stay. These options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App. Travel insurance is recommended. As with any vacation, unexpected situations sometimes occur that can put a damper on even the best-planned trips. We stand by our firm by our cancelation policy and getting travel insurance is your best option for protecting your trip from the unexpected. ***For stays longer than 30 nights we do require a lease agreement, background check, copy of drivers license, and a one time insurance fee to be paid before your arrival. The one time insurance fee for stays 30-90 nights it will be an additional $750, 30-180 nights would be $1000, 30-270 nights would be $1250, and 30-364 nights would be $1500*** For reservations longer than 30 days, we charge a doubled cleaning fee due to the increased time and effort required for maintaining the property. This additional fee helps ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned after an extended stay.
