Lakeview Retreat 19A is a cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with spectacular mountain views from every window! Just a stone's throw away from Mary's Lake, it's a quick walk down to the shoreline. Conveniently located just three miles to the Beaver Meadows entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park and five miles to all the restaurants and shops in downtown Estes Park!

After a long day of activities in Rocky Mountain National Park, curl up and enjoy the warmth of an intimate gas fireplace. Relax in your own private hot tub, while taking in the brilliant night skies.

Enter into the open living area where you'll notice the comfortable Queen sleeper sofa, fireplace, flat screen TV and magnificent mountain views. The well equipped kitchen is perfect for easy meal preparation. You'll find your private, stacked washer/dryer in a closet just off the kitchen.

The Master Suite features a King sized bed, flat screen TV, and private full bathroom with tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has a Queen sized bed and a jack-and-jill bathroom.

Lakeview Retreat 19A will keep you cool and comfortable in the summer with Central Air Conditioning. This lovely condo accommodates up to 6 people and will be your perfect mountain home away from home!

The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Mary's Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Mary's Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.

What to be aware of:

Mary's Lake HOA does not allow the rentals to have grills.

Please do not mail or ship anything to this home.

No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets-Fines apply.

No outside fires.

Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a flashlight.

Bears in the area. Secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.

Quiet time at 9pm.

Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.

Snow Plowing / shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.

Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, and additional hot tub services. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. Call our office for details.
