Enter into the family/TV room featuring a Queen sleeper sofa and large flat screen TV. Walk down the hall to the wet bar, powder room, well-appointed kitchen, dining area and living room.
You'll find a private, stacked washer/dryer in a closet off the kitchen.
The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and attached bathroom with shower.
The Master suite features a Queen bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with shower.
Snowdrift Peak 203 will keep you warm and cozy in the winter and cool and comfortable in the summer with two Window Air Conditioning units, one in the kitchen/living room and one in the entry/family room.
This lovely condo accommodates up to 6 people and will be your perfect mountain home away from home!

Mary's Lake HOA does not allow the rentals to have grills.
Parking is not reserved.

Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a flashlight.
Bears in the area. Secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.

Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
Snow Plowing / shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.
The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Mary's Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Mary's Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.
Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
These are free on-site parking spaces that come with this property at no additional cost.
