After a day of adventure, unwind by the cozy gas fireplace and stargaze from your private deck.

From the parking lot, walk up the flight of stairs to the deck with your private hot tub. Enter into the open living area where you'll notice the leather Queen sleeper sofa, fireplace, and flat screen TV.

The efficiency kitchen is perfect for simple meal preparation. A short trip down the hall takes you to the first bathroom with full-size shower. Step back into the hall and discover the Master bedroom with private bath. This Master suite features a King size bed, flat screen TV, fireplace and full bath with a jetted tub and shower combo.

From cozy winter nights by the fireplace to refreshing summers with central air, Lookout Mountain 27B is the ultimate year-round retreat. This lovely condo sleeps four and is the perfect mountain home away from home.

The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, community hot tub (not your private one) and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Mary's Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Mary's Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.

What to be aware of:

Mary's Lake HOA does not allow the rental units to have grills.

Please do not mail or ship anything to this home.

No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets-Fines apply.

No outside fires.

Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a flashlight.

Bears in the area. Secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.

Quiet time at 9pm.

Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
