Short-Term and Long-Term stays are available. 1 OCCUPANT ONLY • $1000 Refundable Security Deposit • A one-time cleaning fee of $70. The Tolhouse is NOT 4/20 friendly! Absolutely no smoking in the unit, cigarettes can be smoked outside. Short- or Long-Term Rental • Furnished • Kitchenette (sink, toaster, microwave, stove-top, coffee pot, kettle, full-size fridge, toaster-oven) Utilities included: A utility allowance is integrated into your rent. To promote sustainable living and fair utility usage, a $50 utility fee will be waived each month. However, should utility usage exceed reasonable limits, this fee will be added to your subsequent month's rent.
