Pool size is 24x11 Spa is 6' in Diameter
Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX.
In order to heat the Spa, the additional cost must be paid.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.

Garage:
There is no parking in the garage- the owner's private vehicle is parked in the garage.
