My apartment is a nice,cozy,comfortable, located in the beautiful part of LA traditionaln Encino Oaks Condo. It’s very close to Ventura blvd and Ventura freeway; comfy location to reach to Santa Monica, Malibu, Universal Studio, Hollywood, all famous locations of LA. Walking distance to Trader Joe"s store, 5 min driving to the cafes, restaurants, museums, shopping. The condo is gated, safe, under 24/7 security, nice neighborhood. Nice unit well equipped,2 parking spots, swimming pool, gym, tennis court. People love my place because of it’s at the best location, clean, cozy and comfortable for families, small or big groups, business trips, family visit and small events. There are 2 very private bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The living room with the cozy dining area and kitchen are between the bedrooms. As well, you have a patio. We provide the linen sheets, towels, all bedding, shampoo, hair conditioner and body wash' teeth pate and brushes, soap bars. The kitchen is equipped with all of kitchen stuff. We provide the high speed internet and a Spectrum TV cable. We provide 2 parking spots belonging to the unit. The apartment is lovely and charming, well equipped with everything that you need in your trip. As well, people love our hospitality, attention to our guests, positive altitude and permanent support. It's a smoke free are and building.
