As you make your way into the unit, you are welcomed by an open living space and a tastefully updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The kitchen comes with everything needed to fuel up for long days on the mountain.  The step out deck is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or the evening sunsets.

The primary suite is located just off the living room and comes equipped with a comfortable queen bed. The primary also offers a TV, step out patio and en-suite with shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom comes with a set of full-size bunk-beds and is just steps away from the guest bathroom equipped with a stone and tile shower/tub combo.

Rejuvenate and take a dip in the community pool, (summer use only) or hot tub (year-round) after those long fun filled ski days on the slopes. There are also many hiking trails near Brett Ranch and Edwards. Downtown Edwards is just a five minute drive where you can enjoy some of the best dining and shopping in the Vail Valley.  Riverwalk Theater, coffee shops, dining, shopping, bike rentals, and grocery store are just a few blocks away.  SNOWY SLOPES nearby offering snowmobiling, skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing and tubing: Arrowhead Village (2 miles), Beaver Creek Resort (6 miles), Vail (14 miles), Copper Mountain Resort (34 miles), and Breckenridge (51 miles).

*This unit does not have air conditioning however, mountain nights are very cool. You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.

All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
