★ Guests must announce their intent to purchase the passes when submitting registration forms. The Admin office is closed on Sundays, and there is no way to obtain a pass when they are closed.  

It takes a 20-30 min walk or a 5 min drive from the house to any amenities in different parts of the community. 

Guest access

The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

★PETS ★

We kindly ask that only dogs be brought to the territory. Pet Fee applies, including emotional support dogs. This fee helps us cover the additional cleaning required.

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★

Our guests' health, safety, and well-being are of the utmost importance. For this reason, we conduct a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee due to payment for odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

★ NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED ★

Please treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. We would like to especially emphasize the ban on fireworks.
