Check-in: 4pm. Check-out: 10am. Early check-in/late checkout requires prior approval. Renter must be 25+; ID may be required. Never exceed the listing's maximum occupancy. No parties, smoking, vaping, trailers, RVs, or outdoor open fires. Follow all posted noise, parking, HOA, and common-area rules. Dogs allowed only in designated dog-friendly properties: $100 per dog, maximum 2; no cats. Clean up after dogs. Guests must remove trash, report damage before departure, and are responsible for damage not covered by the damage waiver and any fines caused by rule violations.
