Property Summary

Construction of Keystones new Kindred has officially begun and will be taking place through the 2023-2024 ski season. Please be aware when booking that nearby construction will be ongoing. Property Manager will not provide any refunds due to construction, increased walk time to lifts, noise, or ongoing work in this area.

This 2 bedroom ground floor condo is the perfect location for your mountain getaway! Enjoy the easy access to the Gondola, River Run Village, and bike paths! Cozy up by the stone wrapped gas fireplace with a cup of hot cocoa, or watch the game on the flat screen TV in the living room. Step out onto the private patio and breathe in the fresh mountain air. The fully equipped kitchen is great for eating in. Serve your family at the dining table which seats 6 people comfortably, with an additional 4 seats at the breakfast bar.

The primary bedroom features a king sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite primary bathroom features double sinks and a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom features two full sized beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate any additional guests.

Red Hawk Lodge has some of the best amenities in Keystone. After a long day on the slopes, relax in the year-round heated outdoor pool or hot tub. There is also a pool table, fitness room, ski lockers, sauna, game room, and a courtyard with an outdoor dining area. Step out your patio door, and walk the short 3 minutes to the gondola! River Run Village is also only a 3 minute walk away, where you can enjoy all the dining, shopping and night life. There is also a shared laundry unit in the building and heated underground parking for one car.

OUR ADVANTAGE: All of our properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

We cannot provide more parking than the listing states. There is no additional free parking at Keystone Resort. Additional vehicles must be parked in one of the paid overflow lots. Any oversized vehicle must be parked in a paid overflow lot as well.
Age and Occupancy Restrictions: You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent a condo from Property Manager. You will need to present a valid ID when you check in or you will be refused access to your condo. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people that is advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the condo. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME. NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. No smoking of ANY kind. Rules: No Pets, No Smoking of ANY kind. You must follow the rules of the building you are in including noise, parking and common area use. Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $300 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning ($1,000 for a house party, see below). If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non-compliance fines. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by Property Manager, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay. Parties: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. If there is a party in this condo (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. If you intend to come and party, rent somewhere else. Property Manager is SERIOUS about protecting our condos so they will be perfect for our owners and responsible guests.Parking: Parking is limited at your specific property. Each condo/home is guaranteed 1 (one) parking spot at the specific property. Additional vehicles may be parked at the specific property in designated, first-come first-served guest parking spots. Please keep your vehicle count to a minimum. Please keep in mind that specific properties have a maximum height clearance on vehicles for underground parking. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS BE PARKED AT THE SPECIFIC PROPERTY OR IN ANY OF KEYSTONE'S OVERFLOW LOTS. DO NOT BRING RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS.
