Welcome to Sandpiper Cove 13, a rare standalone villa in Sandpiper Cove located in the heart of Destin. Sandpiper Cove 13 offers privacy, space, and effortless access to everything the Emerald Coast is known for. Unlike typical condos inside Sandpiper Cove, this detached villas has no shared walls, giving you the feel of a private beach villa within a vibrant private community.

Inside and out, the property is designed for a relaxing and carefree vacation.

When you first drive up to the villa you will notice the long private driveway, perfect for a few cars (depending on size) or a boat trailer (depending on size, please inquire with us if bringing a boat trailer). The main downstairs porch overlooks the private lake in Sandpiper Cove. You have plenty of comfortable seating options as well as a swing for two to enjoy the water breeze or watching the ducks swim. There is even a picnic table has been provided by the homeowners to enjoy an evening meal after spending the day at any of the five complex pools.

Upstairs you will find the main area of villa. The spacious kitchen greets you when you walk up the stairs. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and cookware. All you need is your catch of the day and you can cook up a dinner for the family. The ample counter space provided plenty of room for everyone to be in the kitchen together. A Keurig is provided as well as an Air Fryer. There is plenty of seating at the neighboring dining table or the second floor balcony table. The living room is right of the dining room and offers plenty of comfortable seating options to enjoy the large flat screen TV.

Located on this main level you will find the Master Bedroom and one of the guest bedrooms. Both bedrooms feature King sized beds, ceiling fans, a desk in case you're working on vacation, and a large flat screen TV. The bathrooms both offer walk in showers and plenty of vanity space.

On the third floor of the villa you will find the second guest bedroom. This bedroom features two Double beds, a flat screen TV, ceiling fan and private adjoining bathroom with a walk in shower. This spacious villas offers enough space to sleep 8!

Located within the gated Sandpiper Cove community, you will be just a short five minute walk from the sugar white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf. To further your relaxation seasonal beach service, which includes two chairs and one umbrella, is included with your stay!

Sandpiper Cove itself offers a full resort experience with amenities such as pools, tennis courts, a 9 hole 3-par golf course, seasonal beachside snack bar, and onsite restaurant, all set within a beautifully maintained coastal setting.
