Inlet Reef 207

Inlet Reef is undergoing a complex, wide waterproofing project.  By the end of May, a majority of the construction will occur on the adjoining Sunset portion of the complex and not the Gulf side where this condo is.  This project consists of balconies being worked on, walls being repairs, and windows being replaced. In additional to exterior work, there will be walkway sealing done. You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews. Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris/dust could occur as well. Pool hours are currently limited to 5 PM until 10 PM unless the end of May.  Discounts will not be given for construction-related inconveniences including but not limited to noise, closed or removed amenities, closed/blocked balconies, or dust/debris.

The open kitchen has a plethora of counter space, and all the full-size appliances, pots, pans, dishware, and silverware needed to prepare your favorite meal. There are two dining spaces in the condo. One dining table seats six, while the breakfast nook offers seating for four, ensuring you will have enough space for everyone.

The Living Room offers a huge flat screen HDTV, a plush sectional sofa, stunning Gulf views, and balcony access.

The Master Bedroom has a King bed, a flat screen HDTV and balcony access. The Master Bathroom has a separated makeup desk area with its own sink, an additional sink, and a combination tub/shower.

The Guest Bedroom has 2 double beds, and a large wall mounted flat screen TV. The Guest Bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination.

The balcony is large and in charge and comes complete with its own wet bar and an outside dining table. The view from this balcony has to be seen to be believed! From the balcony you have an unobstructed view of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar white sand that makes Destin’s beach famous. Amenities include, a full-size washer and dryer, and high speed wireless internet access.

Complex amenities include tennis courts, a swimming pool, exercise room, and Men and Women's Saunas.
