Property Summary

Beginning in late August 2025 until September 2026 Inlet Reef will under go an extensive waterproofing project. This project will consist of balconies being worked on and windows being replaced. In additional to exterior work there will be walkway sealing done. You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews. Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris could occur as well. Balconies may be inaccessible as well as views obstructed. Discounts will not be give for construction related inconveniences including but not limited to noise, closed or removed amenities, closed/blocked balconies, or dust/debris.

The first guest bedroom has a King Size bed and a flat screen TV. The second guest bedroom offers a Double bed and a Twin bed and flat screen TV. The shared guest bathroom and has a granite vanity with a bathtub/shower combination.

The Master bedroom has private balcony access, a flat screen HDTV, and a King bed. The Master bathroom comes complete with dual vanities encased in granite, a bathtub/shower combination, a separate walk-in shower, and a large walk-in closet.

This spacious 2,200 square foot condo can accommodate the whole family, allowing this unit to sleep a maximum of 10 people.

The condo comes with complimentary Wi-Fi internet access and a full-size washer and dryer. Seasonal beach service of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella are included with your stay as well.
