No smoking allowed on the premises 2. Must be 21 years old to book 3. Booking agreement must be acknowledged 4. ID Verification Check 5. Outside Vendors (chefs, bartenders, cabana boys, etc.) need to be approved by APEK Rentals for insurance purposes. We have our own approved vendor lists available, please enquire how we might assist in your next special event. 6. Credit Card must be provided at check-in for incidentals and city fines/violations Other things to note: Additional amenities (with Fee) to inquire about Pool and spa heating ($99/night for pool, spa is complimentary) Pet Occupancy($75/pet) Chef services/ Event planning (birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties) Daily Dishes and Kitchen clean up after meals (inquire about pricing) Catering A two-night minimum is required for pool heating, while there is no minimum required for spa-only heating. Additionally, any requests made less than 24 hours for pool heating may not result in optimal usage and are ineligible for refund. Pool heating must be consecutive days not broken up **Verification and contracts are submitted on a alternate page called SuiteOp after confirmation of reservation** ** SECURITY HOLD IS $750 AND WILL BE PROCESSED 5 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AND RETURNED ON CHECKOUT DAY POST INSPECTION FOR DAMAGES** Other additional information Max pets: 3 City Rule requires the main guest to be a minimum of 25 years old. **Mail and Package Deliveries Guests are welcome to have mail or packages delivered to the property during their stay; however, deliveries are made at the guest’s own risk. The host/owner is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or undelivered mail or packages. Please note that the property’s mailing address is typically forwarded to an offsite location, which may cause delays or affect deliveries. Because of this, we highly recommend guests either hold their mail at the nearest post office or rent an Amazon Locker for a more secure and reliable option. While we will do our best to assist if an issue arises, our ability to help retrieve missing items is limited and cannot be guaranteed. **Cancellation Policy & Travel Insurance Recommendation We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have a clear cancellation policy in place: • 100% Refund – Guests may cancel their reservation within 48 hours of booking for a full refund. • 50% Refund – After the 48-hour period, guests will receive a 50% refund if canceling at least 30 days before check-in. • No Refund – Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable. Because life is unpredictable, we strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment. Once a reservation is confirmed, we offer guests the option to purchase travel insurance, which can provide coverage in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Please note that we must adhere to our cancellation policy since the property is reserved exclusively for each guest, making it unavailable to others.
