Early Check-In & Late Checkout: Early check-in and late checkout are available if there are no guests checking out or checking in on the same day. Fees apply as follows:

$50 for check-in at 12 PM
$100 for check-in at 8 AM
$150 for check-in at 1 AM

Late Checkout:
$50 for checkout at 1 PM
$100 for checkout at 3 PM
$150 for checkout at 6 PM

For stays under 7 days, driveway parking is preferred.

Trash & Recycling
Trash and recycling bins are located next to the garage along the driveway.
Please avoid leaving trash outside overnight, as wildlife such as raccoons may get into it.

Gas Grill
An outdoor gas grill and cooking station are available for guest use.
If the propane tank runs low, refills or exchanges are available at nearby gas stations.
Please ensure the burners and propane tank are turned off after use.
Grill utensils are located in or near the grill cart.

Outdoor Furniture
Cushions for the outdoor seating are stored in the deck storage container.
Please return them to the container after use.
If cushions become wet due to rain, leave them outside the container so they can dry.

Fireplace
Firewood is available for guest use.

Please follow these safety guidelines:
Open the flue before starting a fire
Pull the lever to the right until it clicks.
Start with small wood and a fire starter
Gradually add larger pieces as the fire builds.
Keep the protective screen closed
This prevents sparks from reaching the floor.
Do not leave the house or go to sleep while the fire is burning
A fire extinguisher is located near the stove for emergencies.

Heating & Air Conditioning
The home has central heating and air conditioning.
Feel free to adjust the thermostat for comfort.
When leaving the house, please remove the thermostat from HOLD mode so the automated energy sensor can manage temperature efficiently.

Check-Out Instructions
Kitchen
Please dispose of any trash or food that may spoil.
Place dishes in the sink or dishwasher, but do not start the dishwasher.

• Turn off lights throughout the house
• Ensure fireplace doors are closed
• Lock all exterior doors

To lock the front door, press the lock button on the keypad while gently pulling the door toward you so the deadbolt aligns properly.

c. Shall not maintain a nuisance as defined by local municipal ordinance.
Any activity prohibited by this agreement constitutes a substantial violation of the lease and may result in termination of tenancy or eviction.
