This spacious, mid-century modern three-bedroom apartment on the second floor was recently updated for your comfort. The apartment's location is more than ideal; it is surrounded by walking distance plazas. Buffalo airport and downtown are both within a 15-min drive, and Niagara Falls is 40-mins away. Shopping options, such as the famous Galleria Mall and Niagara Outlets, are also within reach. This apartment can easily accommodate individuals, couples, families, and large groups. The space The apartment is neat, functional, spacious, and cozy. The kitchen, carpets, and paint have all been updated recently to give you a clean and relaxed experience. There are three bedrooms and one full bathroom (bidet installed). The first bedroom has two queen-sized beds, a nightstand, a 55-inch smart TV, and a closet. The second bedroom is a standard-sized room with two twin beds, a nightstand, a smart TV, and a closet. The third bedroom features a full-sized bed, nightstand, closet, and a desk with a monitor and printer. This bedroom can also function as an office space. The kitchen layout includes a breakfast nook with barstools and a shelf equipped with board games for all ages. The massive living room features a large dining table and comfortable seating with a 75-inch 4K Smart TV with Roku. The TV has Netflix, Hulu, other apps, and a PlayStation 5. There is also a stereo system in place that can be used with the TV or any Bluetooth device to play music. The couches and two additional air mattresses can be used to create more sleeping spaces—with extra pillows and blankets being provided. Central air and heat flow throughout the space and can be controlled through a thermometer in the living room and on the home app. Guests enter through the code-encrypted front door and walk up the stairs to their own private entrance (also code-encrypted) into the space. Guests can also access the basement, which features a pool table and laundry. Guests can also access the backyard, which is fully fenced and generous in size. It comes with patio furniture (not available during winter), a bonfire, and a natural gas BBQ grill. There are two driveway parking spaces available, alongside street parking (overnight not allowed during snow).
