**NOTE: The property is currently undergoing some renovations and improvements, so you will see some scaffolding outside your window. They will not be working inside of the unit, and the noise will be minimal, but please reach out if you have any questions! This condo does not come with parking included. There is a 24-hour security monitored parking garage 1/2 a block down from the building (1627 California St- California Street Garage) and a parking lot directly across the street from the building (entrance on California St). There is also metered parking on all of the surrounding streets which is free on holidays and Sundays.
