Southwestern Bungalow - Central & Cozy/3BR/2 Bath

Looking for 1-6 month stays. Place is fully furnished. Owner pays water, internet, and trash/recycling/compost fees. Owner manages majority of yard maintenance and snow shoveling, but renter's help on those things may be required from time to time. You will have access to the house, the backyard, the back patio, the front porch, and the grill. However, some areas, some cabinets/drawers/shelves, and one room upstairs on the main floor are owner's storage and will be locked off from you. It is an old house and the floor is a little thin and creaky, so you will sounds from above if in the basement. Watch your head heading down the basement stairs and in the space! The stairs are slightly narrow and ceilings can feel a little low to a tall person. I'm 6'2" and I do OK down there, but much taller than that and you'll need to watch your head. Renter pays an application fee and pass application. Renter must sign a lease and must show proof of renters insurance. Paid parking spot is in the garage which will be shared with the owner for some owner's storage. There will be space for your one medium-small vehicle and some space for items, a bike etc. $50/month. Legal Info: Applicant has the right to provide Roger Cobb with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) as defined in 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides Roger Cobb with a PTSR, Roger Cobb is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for Roger Cobb to access or use the PTSR. Roger Cobb may limit acceptance of PTSRs to those that are not more than 30 days old. Confirm PTSR requirements directly with Roger Cobb.
