A great downtown loft designed for long-term stays. Discounts of up to 60% off (12 weeks) have been pre-loaded (go to the right, type in the dates you want, and the discounts will show). The loft has just been refurbished. The loft is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath and is all open plan. My loft has great wifi speeds of up to 1 gig (yes it is a lot!), plus the kitchen has been fully stocked with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and everything you need. Extra towels and linens are provided and my housekeeper follows a 70+ cleaning task list that you'll see on the back of the front door giving you the reassurance that everything is OK. A gym and business center are included. There is laundry on-site too. Parking is available from $10/$12 a day - I can send you a list of places Heating is available more or less available when it is constantly cold outside due to weather, most notably in Autumn, Winter, and Spring; air conditioning is more or less available when it is constantly hot outside due to weather, most notably in Spring, Summer, and Autumn. Air conditioning and heating may not be used at the same time.
