Minimum Stay Requirement
The minimum stay is 3 nights. Any approved stay shorter than 3 nights will still be billed at the 3-night minimum.

IDs and Occupant Forms: Submit government IDs and occupant info within 24 hours of booking.
Pets: Declare pets before booking. Fees: $175 for 1st pet, plus $125 for the 2nd pet (max 2). Weight and breed restrictions apply.
Community Rules: Keep the community clean, leash dogs outside, and keep cats indoors.
Balcony Safety: Use safety gates for young children.
Parking Rules: Use designated spots, avoid fire lanes, handicap areas, and untagged reserved spots. Request a reserved space if needed.

Lost Keys/Fobs: $150 fee for lost keys or fobs.
Utilities: Rent covers $300 for a 6-bedroom unit, incl. electricity, water, trash, and Internet. Additional cost may be incurred should the above limit be exceeded.
