OCCUPANCY LIMIT 8 - NO PETS - NO SMOKING. This is a very nice, newly remodeled cottage. A Right- of- Way for Maine Pines Guests Only provides access to the Private Dock, Lake Swim Raft and Hancock Pond just a one-minute walk from cottage.
Maine Pines has a warm, inviting pine interior. Full kitchen w/appliances, coffee maker, K-Cup, toaster, abundant smallware supplies and loads culinary gadgets, an open living area. Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed on the first floor along with a bath with shower. Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms, both with double beds and a 1/2 bath. Wonderful wraparound deck. Firepit. Canoe and two kayaks (you must bring your own life jackets). The cottage has TV, Internet, Radio, DVD player and Window A/C units. Great spot. (LINENS AND TOWELS NOT PROVIDED).
There are 2- quick accesses to the lake just a 1-minute walk from the cottage. The 1st is a short walk down the camp road and to the private granite steps to the path and dock. The 2nd is just past the steps to the rustic dam and sandy Boat Launch/Beach with a natural zero-entry sandy beach with a sandy pebble bottom. Additionally, the secluded State Beach is a 15 min walk or 5 min drive. Out the camp road.
Lot Description: Non-Shorefront property. Path across road to lake Right of Way with dock. Nice level lot around the cottage. Parking space for a maximum of 6 cars. Dock/suitable for tie-up: yes. Mooring: yes. Swim float: yes.
