A vibrant resort townhome located in the gated vacation community of Regal Palms. Recently decorated and furnished, this south facing property is only 3 minutes walk from the fantastic resort amenities.

Downstairs there is a bright open plan kitchen, living, dining area. The kitchen has been updated with solid wood countertops and stainless steel appliances – there is plenty of cabinet space stocked with everything you may need to cater for your family. As well as a breakfast bar, there is a formal dining table and chairs to enjoy a meal together.

The living area features a comfortable L-shaped sofa and large screen TV with cable services. The space looks out onto the south facing covered patio area and lawn with mature trees behind. There is some outdoor seating to spend time enjoying the Florida sunshine.

There is one bedroom downstairs with queensize bed and ensuite bathroom. The spacious master bedroom is upstairs which has been luxuriously furnished and boasts a kingsize bed as well as ensuite bathroom. There are two twin room that the children will love. One is decorated in a Disney Frozen theme, the other for gamers and features an X-box console. All carpet has been upgraded to plank flooring.

Towels and linen are provided together with a washer and dryer for guest use. High speed internet is included.

The Regal Palms Resort is a spectacular gated community boasting a family-friendly water park with its own lazy river and water slides, a sand volleyball court, games arcade, plus a high class fitness center. Need to relax? The spa is just the place to unwind after a day at the parks! Or why not sit with a cool drink and watch the sun go down at the Tiki Bar? If you're feeling hungry, there is also an on-site restaurant, or you can BBQ at one of the areas located throughout the community. A $20 + tax daily fee is payable to the resort on check-in at the clubhouse and provides all-access to the facilities, which if requested we can pay on your behalf for an easy arrival.
