Property Summary

Welcome to Wine n' Sea, a luxurious waterfront beach house on Dauphin Island's sound side. This pet-friendly retreat features 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a private pool, and stunning views of the bayside, offering an ideal setting for a memorable family vacation.

Wine n' Sea opens to a spacious common area that includes a comfortable living space, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dry bar. The living area features a large sectional that can be converted into a sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, and an electric fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings. The dining table seats 12 and is centrally located between the kitchen and living space, making it convenient for meals and gatherings. The dry bar, complete with an additional refrigerator, is ideal for entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen offers modern appliances, including a Keurig and drip coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, toaster, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, and refrigerator. All cookware and dinnerware are provided. The kitchen island offers extra prep space and seating for five. A laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer is available next to the kitchen for guest use.

The NE King Suite and NW King Suite each feature a king bed, dresser, closet, TV, private bathroom with double vanity and shower stall, and direct access to the covered back porch through sliding glass doors that offer stunning Gulf views. The E Queen Suite includes a queen bed, TV, dresser, closet, and private bathroom with a shower-tub combo. The SE Queen Suite offers a queen bed, dresser, TV, closet, and private bathroom with a shower stall. The SW Bunk Room is perfect for kids, with three full-over-full bunk beds, a TV, closet, and an arcade machine. A common bathroom next to the SW Bunk Room includes a shower-tub combo.

The covered front porch provides a relaxing space to enjoy views across the island to the Gulf side. The covered back porch offers a scenic waterfront outdoor dining area with two picnic tables, a propane grill, and ample seating. A gate from the porch leads to the pool deck, where guests can relax in their private pool, enjoy rocking chairs, Adirondack chairs, or recline on lounge chairs. The private soundside beach offers families a safe and serene environment to play and unwind.

Wine n' Sea is located directly off Bienville Blvd, closer to the west end of the island. Explore the gentle slope and calm waters of the Mississippi Sound directly behind the house or guests can take a short walk across Bienville Blvd and use Slidell Ct. to reach the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

Pool Heating Note: Pool temperature can vary during cooler months, as the system relies on outdoor air temperatures. In colder conditions (around 50°F), heating may be less effective or temporarily unavailable (45°F and below), and it can take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temperature when weather allows.

As with all of our Property Manager, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly with prior permission, only dogs less than 30 pounds - approved by insurance policy. 2-Pet Maximum Limit - $100 pet fee per pet plus tax applies.
