Feelin' Salty - 107 Quebec

Feelin' Salty is an ocean-view four-bedroom, three-bath house with a private swim spa! This home has been completely renovated and has a beautiful southern beach house aesthetic. The vaulted beadboard ceiling sets off the entire property as soon as you enter the doors. The home is tastefully furnished and has something for everyone. The bunk room includes an XBOX 360 console, something for the kids when they are not in the sun!

The home enjoys modern lighting, flat-screen TVs, beautiful flooring and window treatments and the list goes on. You will definitely find this to be a place you can relax and feel like you have found your home away from home.

The swim spa is 14′ x 7.5′ by 52″. This compact pool and hot tub combination offers many of the same features as a regular pool, but temperature controls reaching up to 104 degrees keep it in use all year round and have built-in seating. You are sure to enjoy your Gulf views in a relaxing and convenient swim space.

As with all of our Property Manager, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

House Rules:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and towels before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit - $100 pet fee per pet plus tax applies.
