The entire home is available for use except a locked closet that used for storing supplies. We are not present in person but I try to get to all messages within 30 minutes at the most, but typically within a few minutes if not instantly. You’re minutes from Galleria Dallas, Addison Circle, and Village on the Parkway for shopping, dining, and patios. When you want green space, head to Vitruvian Park or Timberglen Park for trails and playgrounds. Groceries and coffee are close by, and it’s an easy drive to Plano, Frisco, or Downtown. It’s a great home base—relaxed at night, close to everything by day. Getting around Car: Easiest option here. You’re close to the Dallas North Tollway and President George Bush Turnpike, with quick hops to Galleria Dallas, Addison Circle, Plano, and Frisco. Rideshare: Uber/Lyft are reliable for nights out—often faster than parking at busy spots. Public transit: DART buses run along Belt Line/Midway/Preston. Nearest rail options are along US-75 (e.g., Spring Valley/Arapaho Center); plan on a short drive or rideshare to the station. Bikes/scooters: Fine for short neighborhood trips; shared scooters are hit-or-miss this far north. Parking At the home: Driveway Street: Typically free and easy on residential streets—please don’t block driveways or mailboxes. Out and about: Galleria and Addison venues offer garages/lots; some are paid during peak times or events. Pro tip: Heading downtown or to The Star during rush hour? Budget extra time or grab a rideshare to skip parking fees.
