Salty Sandpiper is a charming, pet-friendly home. There is a two-pet maximum with a $200.00 non-refundable pet fee. This home has a fenced-in yard and carport area, making it a safe gathering area for small children and pets. Inside, you will be greeted with an open kitchen/living room space. The kitchen has all the amenities you need for preparing meals. There is an island/bar area with seating for your guests. Just off the kitchen, there is a laundry closet with a full-sized washer/dryer for your convenience. The Living area has comfortable seating and a TV with Hulu, Disney, and streaming abilities. Just use the WIFI information to connect. The 2 bedrooms also have TVs for your enjoyment. Bedroom one has a king, and bedroom two has a queen and a twin/twin bunk bed. You will find ample space for dining or lounging on the deck while soaking in the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets that await you. Downstairs, you and your guests can relax in the cool shade, watching the younger guests play while the adults chill while waiting for something delicious cooking on the charcoal grill. There is also seating and a picnic table for convenience. When the waves and sand start calling, you're just a short walk, golf cart, or vehicle ride away. Rinse the sand in the great outdoor shower after a fun day at the beach. The Salty Sandpiper is truly a great place to make beach memories year-round!
Even when provided, internet access, TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes cannot guarantee that these amenities will work during your stay. We cannot offer refunds for the disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rent. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for the renter's use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes. We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Linens will be provided in the home for all sleeper sofas, trundles, and pull-out bedding. Paper products, other than toilet tissue and paper towels, and cleaning supplies are not included.
We provide a starter pack consisting of the items below. Please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tabs (if applicable)
2 laundry tabs (if applicable)
1 small bottle of dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar of hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest

All our homes are located at Crystal Beach/Port Bolivar/Gilchrist. Not Galveston.
