Located on a secluded point along the intracoastal, it's the perfect setting for weddings, family reunions, fishing tournaments, corporate retreats, or any large gathering. Though secluded, Crystal Beach Villa is in the heart of Crystal Beach, offering the best of both worlds—privacy and convenience. The sandy beaches are just a short walk or golf cart ride away, and Galveston is only a 20-minute ferry trip. Whether you’re soaking up the sun or relaxing in the shade, the villa's multiple decks provide the ideal spot for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. It’s the perfect romantic destination for weddings or honeymoons, a peaceful vacation getaway, or an adventurous summer retreat.

Surrounded by palm trees, hammocks, and a palapa, this villa is all about family fun. From fishing and crabbing off the 300-foot bulkhead to gathering around the outdoor bar, there’s something for everyone. The villa offers approximately 4,000 square feet of living space, including five bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and 2,600 square feet of outdoor entertainment areas. The outdoor kitchen and bar come equipped with a sink, refrigerator, and blender, while private balconies off three bedrooms offer intimate escapes.

The kitchen is a chef’s delight, featuring a commercial refrigerator, oven, icemaker, warming drawer, two 12-cup coffee makers, a Keurig, two dishwashers, and a walk-in pantry stocked with beautiful serving dishes and a large freezer. Meals can be enjoyed in the octagon-shaped dining area, surrounded by windows showcasing panoramic views, while the spacious living area provides ample room to relax.

The master suite, located on the east wing, features a king-size bed, a cozy sitting area by large windows overlooking the water, and an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and walk-in closet. A second, smaller master suite on the west side of the home also has a full en-suite bath. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs and there’s great Wi-Fi for multiple users.
