Two guest rooms (with a queen bed and large closet each) that share a bathroom (with tub/shower combo). An upstairs family room with a dedicated workspace. A fully enclosed, large private patio, a Roku TV and an amazing open/common area including a large living room (with a comfortable large sofa) adjacent to the dining room (that sits 6) and kitchen (with a large island). Enjoy some brand new appliances including dishwasher, fridge, washer and dryer as well as a Ninja blender, coffee maker, chef quality knife set, wine glasses and more. ***Please note: -There is one car stored inside the garage, leaving one available space inside the garage and sufficient space in the driveway for 2 to 4 cars. -This is a pet-friendly home, NOT suited for people with pet allergies.
