While the two sides of the duplex share a large front porch, each side has it's own front door with secure electronic lock, and unique code for each reservation. We also provide a key to each unit's back door to offer easy access to off-street parking through the private backyards. We are happy to answer any questions or accommodate special requests (within reason) if possible. We can be as involved or uninvolved as our guests prefer. Stays 30 nights or longer: Signed rental agreement required. Monthly cleaning at $100–$200 (listing dependent). Pet-friendly listings charge $200 per pet (includes ESAs). Stays under 30 nights (pet-friendly listings): $35 per night per approved pet (includes ESAs), capped at $200 per pet per reservation.
