Unwind and lounge at the house comfortably: large heated pool, warm and relaxing hot tub, and a large tiki bar where you can sit in the shade and sip a cocktail. Big TV in the living room, TV's in every bedroom, and great air conditioning make for a comfortable beach house. There is a large dining area that has multiple options for seating (up to 20), whether you want a big family meal at the big dining room table, a snack at the kitchen island or something in between like a lunch for all the kids at the medium-sized dining table. This house is the spot for you and your family to have a great vacation together. Come and enjoy! Quiet, clean neighborhood just a few blocks from the beach. Half way between Cocoa Beach downtown and the Ron Jon surf shop and Cocoa Beach pier area. Very near restaurants, grocery and shopping. You can walk to the local Dunkin' Donuts (yum). Best way to get around is with your vehicle (car). Throughout Cocoa Beach there are a lot of electric scooters you can enable via the appropriate mobile app.
