BBQ Grill: Ready for your sunset cookouts. 🛋️ INDOOR LIVING The open-concept living area features a plush reclining sofa and a large Smart TV, perfect for movie nights after a day at the beach. Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel Samsung appliances, double oven, dishwasher, and every gadget you need; including a blender and juicer to a fondue pot. No Ice maker unfortunately but we do provide trays for ice! Coffee Station: Jumpstart your mornings with our complimentary coffee bar featuring a Keurig Duo (drip & single cup). 🛏️ BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS (Sleeps 6) Primary Suite: King Bed, Smart TV, dedicated workspace for remote workers,.and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, Smart TV, spacious closet, and a dedicated workspace for remote workers. Bedroom 3: Two Twin Beds, perfect for kids or friends! Bathroom 2: Full hall bath with a walk-in shower and direct access to the pool area (no wet feet in the house!). ✨ KEY AMENITIES Pet Friendly: We welcome your furry family members! (See house rules for details). Beach Gear: We do provide a limited supply of beach essentials (yes, beach towels!). (Ask about our local beach equipment rental service). We are located in a peaceful, well-established residential neighborhood in Clearwater. It’s the perfect balance of quiet relaxation and convenient access to the area’s top attractions. You are just a short drive from everything you need! Beaches: 12 minutes to the world-famous Clearwater Beach and 18 minutes to the more laid-back Indian Rocks Beach. Attractions: 10 minutes to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium and 20 minutes to the historic John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk for shopping and dining. Nature: Just 5 miles from the beautiful Florida Botanical Gardens. Essentials: Grocery stores, gas stations, and excellent local restaurants are all just minutes away. The best way to get around Clearwater and the surrounding Tampa Bay area is by car. Parking: We provide ample driveway parking with enough space to accommodate a boat or jet ski trailer. Ride Share: Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area if you prefer not to drive for a night out. Pool Heat: Please note the pool is unheated, but typically refreshing year-round! The hot tub is heated and ready for your enjoyment. Pets: We love animals and welcome them with open arms! There is no cap on the number of pets. The pet fee is $100 per pet, per month. Please ensure your furry friends are up to date on flea/tick prevention. Noise: We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours from 8 PM to 8 AM. Noise monitoring devices are installed on the property. No Smoking: Strictly a non-smoking property.
