This beautiful estate 6112 sq/ft home is set on over one acre of landscaped grounds. Some features include a swimming pool and outdoor grill area, and plenty of open space making it an ideal venue for family reunions, weddings, and gatherings. Enjoy our private outdoor pool and patio area (Daily rates for pool heating apply), Onsite laundry room (Additional fees apply) and a dedicated onsite theatre room with leather seating, standing videogame systems, a projector and much more. The small pool house is not for guest use. There are two locked doors in the home, one is a utility closet and the other is the home office. Both those are also off limits. There are two different properties on this lot. The rental listed is for the larger home & pool / grill areas along with both large driveways. The other property is management property and often vacant but off limits for guests. You are able to tell the distinction with the fence between the properties. Parties are NOT allowed at this property. There will be a fee of $300(extra cleaning) and cancellation of the remainder of your reservation for any parties.
