A path and stairway leads down the bank to the lakeshore and private dock. Lower Clam Lake is a 230 acre lake with a maximum depth of 20-30 feet and has a public boat landing. Fish in the lake include musky, pan fish, new bass, and walleye. Wildlife in the area includes loons, eagles, grouse, osprey, bear, deer, and elk.

There is a rowboat and peddle boat included with this rental for guest use.
