Royal Estes

Welcome to Royal Estes! This two story, 2500 square foot home has it all. A private pool, canal frontage, a dock you can fish from, a lighted fish cleaning station. Located in City by the Sea, you are just a short boat ride away from world class flats fishing. Royal Estes can accommodate up to 18 guests. Upstairs is the main living area, two dining areas, a fully stocked kitchen, and a wet bar. The master bedroom has a king bed, its own bathroom and access to the balcony.
The second bedroom has two queen beds. The third has a king bed and access to the balcony. The second and third bedroom share the second bathroom.
Downstairs is the fourth bedroom with a king bed and it has access to the covered patio. A large bonus room downstairs serves as a fifth sleeping quarter and has two more queen beds and two queen size futons that can do double duty as beds. You can access the patio from here as well. The third bathroom is downstairs. Both the balcony and patio have multiple seating areas and wonderful views of the pool and canal. There is a covered, lighted, designated grill area with a huge charcoal BBQ grill where you can grill the days catch.
