Cozy Cottage in the Heart of Hyde Park

Located in the desirable Hyde Park neighborhood, our home's warm & inviting space is perfect for groups of 2-4 or a small family wanting to enjoy everything the surrounding area has to offer.  Walkable to popular eateries and parks, this historic Cincinnati cottage also features a spacious outdoor living space that's ideal for lounging & al fresco dining.  

Relax in the Living/Dining Room featuring seating for up to 4 people with a Ruku Smart TV (Various Apps, Over-the-Air Antenna Local Channels), a window AC/purifier unit, two closets for clothing storage, a blow-up mattress, and space for extra sheets, blankets, and towels. New faux-hardwood floors have been installed throughout the home. The living room sofa folds out for additional sleeping.

Fully stocked kitchen with full-size gas stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Keurig coffee maker (pods available), French press, teapot, and toaster oven. Utensils, dishes, pots, pans, baking sheet, paper towels & hand towels.

Pet friendly (Fee Applies), the neighboring park to the side of the house will make for great exercise for your 4-legged friend. (Pet Fee - $35/day. Up to 2 dogs less than 50 lbs each. Failure to disclose "Pet Guests" will result in a $250 fee)

A large sliding glass door at the rear of the home provides tons of afternoon sunlight making the kitchen perfect for preparing a family dinner that can be enjoyed in the dining area or on the large backyard patio and porch. Looking to unwind outside? A fire pit table and accompanying chairs will allow you to enjoy seasonal vibes with views of the adjacent park. Cornhole gaming also available!

The master bedroom provides a 12” plush/ memory foam hybrid mattress with cooling gel memory foam. Topped with 100% organic cotton sheets, the room also features soft reading lights, a new ceiling fan, 6 6-drawer dresser for clothing storage, a window AC/purifier unit, and an additional Roku Smart TV.

The bathroom has been newly remodeled, equipped with a new faucet, toilet, shower, tub, and flooring.

Loft/Attic features an additional television watching area with Roku SmartTV, couch, and portable AC window unit. 

Traveling alone on business? Our home has all the essentials you'll need for both work and play!

Full-size washer and dryer in the basement with laundry detergent & softener are available for use.

RedAwning provides a damage waiver that covers accidental damage up to $3,000 with every booking. A $50 damage waiver fee is included per booking which is added to the cleaning fee. Because of our required Damage Waiver, security deposits are no longer needed.

There are steps leading up to the home as well as stairs that lead to the loft space (TV watching) and basement (washer/dryer).

Guest Access

Street parking is available on the west side of Erie Avenue (same side as the home), while the Eastside has paid meter parking from 8am-9pm Monday-Saturday.
