The primary guest listed on the booking must pick up the keys in person and show a valid ID. You must let us know before 8 PM on your check-in day if you will arrive after 11 PM. If the background check fails, the building reserves the right to refuse entry. Please ensure you complete the necessary documentation as soon as possible.
