Valet parking services do not accept any pickup trucks or full-sized SUVs. To ensure a safe and secure environment for all our guests, we conduct background and ID verification. Also, you'll have the option to choose between a refundable security deposit (a hold on your credit card) or a non-refundable damage waiver. ⚠️ The primary guest must be at least 21 years old. Any guests under 21 must be accompanied by a guardian who is 21 or older.👨‍👩‍👧 ⚠️ PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO SUBMIT INFO FOR THE BACKGROUND CHECK. ⚠️ Please note: This unit is located next to a bar, so you may hear some noise during operating hours ⚠️ Important: If you are arriving after 11 PM, only the garage staff can give you the keys (not the concierge). The primary guest listed on the booking must pick up the keys in person and show a valid ID. You must let us know before 8 PM on your check-in day if you will arrive after 11 PM. If we don’t know by then, you will not be able to check in that night and will need to wait until 7 AM the next morning. ⚠️ ⏰ Our concierge desk is available daily from 7:00 AM–11:00 PM. For late arrivals after 11 PM, check-in will be handled by the garage staff.
